Privacy policy

Effective from 19 October 2026

This page explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. We write plainly, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

1. Who is the data controller

Faberbit sp. z o.o. (limited liability company)
ul. Dworcowa 15 lok. 20, 88-190 Barcin, Poland
KRS 0001271726 (District Court in Bydgoszcz, XIII Commercial Division), Tax ID (NIP) 5621827425
Data protection contact: info@faberbit.pl or by post to the address above.

2. What data we process and why

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your message or conclude a contract.

3. Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Public authorities may receive data where the law requires it. We store data on servers in the European Union and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

4. How long we keep data

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data and receive a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to info@faberbit.pl.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in the EU country where you live or work, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark (datatilsynet.dk).

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or third-party tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) and does not load fonts from external servers. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.

We count visits with a simple counter on our own server. It records only the page visited, the website you came from (e.g. a search engine), a campaign tag from the link (e.g. utm_campaign) and whether the device is a phone or a computer — no IP address, no identifiers and nothing that links a visit to a person. We do this to learn which content is useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, the visit is not counted. Counter data is deleted after 13 months.

When you send the contact form, we add where you came to the site from (e.g. search engine, advertisement, LinkedIn), so we know which activities bring enquiries.

7. Changes

If we change how we process personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
